  • Burger. A burger will usually be at least 25 grams of protein. Pair it with a side salad, and you'll even get some veggies in!

  • Fish sandwich. This will only be around 15 grams of protein. If that is not enough protein for you, grab a takeout yogurt to go with it.

  • Burrito. A burrito with meat or chicken will contain around 30 grams of protein. If you choose a vegetarian meat alternative and add in beans, you'll have around 25 grams of protein. A bonus you get from adding the beans is more fiber to keep you full.

  • Chicken wings. You'll have to make sure the order comes with at least five wings, but that will get you 25 grams of protein. Consider how the wings are cooked--baked, grilled, or fried for more information on the nutrition.

  • Taco. A taco with beef or chicken and beans can provide about 15 grams of protein. Choose two tacos for an easy 30 gram protein meal. Adding lettuce or tomatoes is a great way to get in some vegetables too!

  • Egg sandwich or wrap. Breakfast for lunch... These yummy sandwiches can be nearly 15 grams of protein. Ask for a second egg to make it top 20 grams or protein.

  • Sushi. Choose a roll that contains fish, and you will have about 15 grams of protein, so two rolls will get you around 30 grams of protein.
